The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director of Employee Engagement to lead and manage employee engagement initiatives and internal communications across our skilled nursing facilities. This role is key to fostering a positive workplace culture, improving employee satisfaction, and ensuring clear, consistent communication across all levels of the organization. The Director will work closely with HR, leadership teams, and staff to create a supportive and engaging environment that aligns with our client's values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Oversee internal communications, ensuring timely, transparent, and effective messaging across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR to design and execute employee recognition programs, training, and development opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and staff, gathering feedback and addressing concerns to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and report on employee engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with marketing and HR teams to ensure consistent messaging in all communications related to the company's mission, values, and culture.
  • Lead and manage employee surveys, focus groups, and other initiatives to assess the work environment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures related to employee engagement and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or corporate communications, preferably in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employee engagement strategies, and labor regulations.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive employee matters.

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Hours EST - 8am to 5pm
